Vacancy Decontrol Rally

On December 9th, the RMO joined Housing Here & Now and a coalition of kick-ass progressive NYC-based housing organizations to protest vacancy decontrol laws, the fastest way by which the city is losing rent-controlled housing. With nearly a thousand people in attendance, the rally was a huge success, capped off by the signing of a pledge to put an end to vacancy decontrol by many state senators and assemblypeople.
