From the organizers:
“We plan to use the concert as a mobilizing and organizing tool to launch or build upon three campaigns we are currently involved with: an anti-gentrification campaign against NYU, increased financial aid and an end to unjustified tuition hikes, and also a campaign to make the decision making process more democratic and transparent. We plan on doing silk-screening, button making, providing literature and having several other interactive and educational components besides the concert.”
