Once a year, an ad-hoc collective of artists and performers put together an event which belies easy description. It involves huge puppets, a mass unpermitted street convergence, and something about a half-chicken, half-penguin named Chenguin. This year, members of the RMO participated in the role of the homecoming marching band.
